Strengthening the Supply Chain and Traceability for Okra Commodity Using Blockchain-based Tracking and Traceability Tools (DAKOTA) in Grobogan, Central Java

The general objective of this research project is to assess the opportunities for implementing the DAKOTA platform and multi-stakeholder cooperation to strengthen supply chains and traceability for OKRA commodities.

Strengthening supply chains and traceability can contribute to Okra agriculture, especially in ensuring sustainable production, fair trade, quality, and quality of agricultural products, as well as increasing the role of farmers and exporters in green agriculture. Meanwhile, multi-stakeholder cooperation will ensure sustainability and equality between stakeholders in developing Okra commodities for more sustainable agriculture.

The specific objectives of this research project are:
1. Determine the digitalization opportunities in the handling, storage, packaging, transportation, and trading of Okra commodities.
2. Determine the partnership opportunities for multi-stakeholder collaboration in strengthening supply chains and traceability in Okra commodities
