BASCO, BATANES, Philippines – In its effort to level up its knowledge management initiatives, the Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) recently supported a Training of Trainers in Writing Effective Knowledge Products under the project titled Building Capacity and Strengthening Partnership for Carabao Development Program that the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) implements for PCC.
