BULACAN, Philippines – SEARCA and the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Region 3 organized and facilitated the graduation ceremony of 195 farmer technicians from 11 agrarian reform beneficiary organizations (ARBOs) on 29 September 2014 in Baliuag, Bulacan. OROQUIETA CITY, Philippines – SEARCA, in partnership with WorldFish, conducted a one-day monitoring and evaluation validation workshop and harvesting of stories on 30 September 2014 in Rhovics Hotel and Conference Facilities in Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental.
