LOS BAÑOS, Laguna – SEARCA scholars Mr. Tran Manh Hai (Vietnam) and Mr. Saiphou Lormaisim (Lao PDR) presented the results of their respective research studies during the SEARCA Graduate Seminar Series (GSS) on 06 December 2019.
