Assistant professor Adrian Mausig, associate dean of the Institute of Agriculture of Marinduque State College (MSC), received a Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) scholarship grant on Transitional Mobility Program to be held at the Faculty of Agriculture, Kasetsart University in Bangkok, Thailand from November 1 to 30, 2022, according to MSC President Diosdado Zulueta.
Mausig's scholarship is under the CHEd-funded project Levelling-Up Philippine Higher Education Institutions in Agriculture, Fisheries and Natural Resources (Level UPHEI AFAR).
The project is in collaboration with the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA), Southeast Asian University Consortium for Graduate Education and Natural Resources (UC) for Biological Control, and Kasetsart University.
Meanwhile, Dr. Doreen Mascareñas, MSC director for extension, was a recipient of CHEd's International Continuing Professional Education scholarship grant at the Faculty of Fisheries, Kasetsart University in Bangkok, Thailand.
