Overcoming the Barriers of Access to Climate Adaptation Finance: Evidence for Action from the People's Survival Fund

This paper discusses the barriers to effectively implementing the People's Survival Fund (PSF) and the policy measures to overcome these barriers. To underpin the improved mechanisms for climate adaptation actions at the local level, this paper also discusses how agricultural communities improve their access to PSF and other sources of climate adaptation finance.
